1. These terms govern all bookings made with NetReservas.SL ("NetReservas") travel agency with license number A.V. IC-61 (Gran Canaria). All correspondence should be addressed to NetReservas, Calle el Rayo 2, 35530 Villa de Teguise, Palacio Ico, Locales 7-9, Lanzarote, Islas Canarias, Spain. You accept these booking terms on behalf of all members of your party.

2. Any booking made or order placed by you shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the relevant accommodation subject to these booking conditions. No contract between you and NetReservas SL shall come into existence until NetReservas SL issues a booking reference number and a booking confirmation by email, fax or post.

3. Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Payment should be made through NetReservas´s web site by credit or debit card. Credit card details should be sent over the Internet. NetReservas cannot hold any reservations without previous payment.

4. On the last step of the reservation process, a section called "Comments" will appear on the Reservation Form to insert your requests and submit them to the hotel. The hotel staff will do their best to accommodate special request and you will be informed on the premises. We cannot garantee that your requests will be granted because they are subject to availability.

5. Prices are shown by default in EURO.

NetReservas offers the following room types:

Twin room
Two single beds in the same room. Suitable for two people.

Double room
One double bed. Suitable for two people.

Single room
Contains one single bed. Suitable for one person.

Triple room
Twin or double bed/s + extra bed, or two double beds. Most hotels do not have one full size bed for each guest in their triple rooms.

Twin room for sole use
Two single beds or one double bed in the same room, to be occupied by one person.

Quadruple room
Two double beds or four beds in a room suitable for accommodating four adults.

Twin/Double + child
Twin/Double + child Twin or Double room with an extra bed suitable for a child aged between 2-12 years.

Cot/cradle or crib
Suitable for a child under the age of 2 years.

You must make payment for extras (such as meals, meal supplements, mini-bar, dry cleaning and laundry) prior to your departure from the hotel.

The website may contain photos of the accommodation. If so, this is based on specifications provided to us by the accommodation providers. The photos will only be a general representation of the accommodation. Actual design, fixtures, furnishings and facilities may vary from those shown on the photos.

6. NetReservas SL does not endorse any particular accommodation or travel product. Reasonable care has been taken that the content of this web site is correct but it is subject to amendment at any time without notice. All content on this web site (including information about accommodation facilities) is published in good faith but you acknowledge that NetReservas SL cannot check the accuracy of all information provided by its suppliers.

7 . You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. All bookings are personal to you and may not be sold, assigned or otherwise transferred.

8. Our privacy statement and site terms are incorporated into these terms.

9. Passport, visa and health requirements for you and your party are your responsibility. You are strongly recommended to obtain travel insurance against cancellation and for medical cover.

10. Cancellations and amendments to confirmed bookings are subject to the following conditions.

For Hotel reservation:

Guest name changes or child age changes will incur no charges. All amendments are subject to availability.

If you do not arrive at the accommodation on the date on which you booked to arrive or you leave the accommodation earlier than the date on which you booked to leave, then you will only be entitled to cancel or amend the booking from the time when NetReservas SL receives notification from you during NetReservas SL working hours. All such cancellations and amendments are subject to the cancellation policy described on the next paragraph.

Cancellations notified directly to the hotel will not be effective. Requests for cancellations and amendments must be made on the Netreservas.com web site or by calling +34 902 50 53 50.

The cancellation and amendments policy is as follows:

The first night will be charged for cancellations or amendements made within 2 days prior to arrival.

11. NetReservas intends to provide you with all the services that you request from us. In rare cases, when the hotel is not able to honor your reservation due to overbooking or any other circumstances, we will endeavor to offer you an alternative of comparable price and standards. If this occurs, we will contact you via e-mail and request your authorization to proceed with this new booking. If you decline the alternative, and you were already charged for the original booking, a full refund will be given to you as soon as possible.

12. Any complaint about the booking service must be notified to NetReservas SL in writing or by email as soon as possible. Any complaint regarding the accommodation must be brought to the attention of the establishment's management as early as possible during your stay.

13. NetReservas SL shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations which results directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance which is beyond its reasonable control. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following shall be regarded as such circumstances: outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, the act of any government or authority, fire, flood, lightning, explosion, fog or bad weather, interruption or failure of a utility service.

14. NetReservas SL reserves the right to change these terms from time to time.

15. Legal jurisdiction. All terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our websites shall be filed only in Spain, and you further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.
