Located in a traditional 19th century house, this museum exhibits important artefacts such as mortars, grinders, windmills, etc.

Aside from seeing the lifestyle of the people of that era, you can also watch the making of “gofio”, the much appreciated cornmeal of the Canaries. The winds that whip across this central area gave rise to the enormous windmill that is still use to grind wheat and gofio.
